For the safety of both the bank and our clients, all parties are bound by the following aggreement, unless otherwise noted.
Article 1: Definitions
"Client" - Refers
the borrower and/or receiver of the loan. This could be an alliance, business, or individual.
"Debitor", "Bank", "Viridian" - Refers to Viridian Bank and/or it's subsidaries.
"Interest" - Refers to the fee compounded upon your outstanding
debt weekly.
"Priciple" - Refers to the amount you still owe on your loan.
Article 2: Taking out a loan
